According to @StockMKTNewz, Robinhood (HOOD) agreed to acquire Indonesian broker Buana Capital Sekuritas and a licensed digital asset trader Pedagang Aset Kripto, with financial terms undisclosed, Reuters reports. Reuters also reports that Indonesia has over 19 million capital market investors and 17 million cryptocurrency traders, and the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
